Good evening user_82s41t. I will be happy to assist you further. When did the service appointment take place? The technician left behind rugs after the job, is that correct?

@XfinityJon I need an official Property Damage Claim opened and routed directly to the local Deer Park, Texas Construction Coordinator. Xfinity crews or subcontractors left deep ruts and debris across my father in laws yard, which has damaged the lawn and created a severe tripping hazard.

Because the forum interface isn't letting me attach photos here, please provide a direct email address, a mobile number for text, or an upload link where I can send the time-stamped images of the property damage for the local supervisor's review.

Please reply with the official Ticket/Claim Number once this is submitted to the local dispatch office so I can track the remediation timeline. Thank you."
