Property Damage
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to report property damage related to Mastec contracted by Xfinity that occurred on 1/8/26 at my property.
The workers and machine utilized to tunnel wires across the street damaged my lawn as well as the flower bed surrounding the utility box. Multiple perennial plants were trampled and dug up and likely are dead. Potentially the equipment may have damaged the underground sprinkler system, which I will not find out until spring as the system is currently winterized.
I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter. Please let me know if you require any additional information or if there are specific steps I should follow.
