Property Damage
Xfinity came out to bury my cable line that ran from the pole in the front yard to my house. While doing so i suspect they hit / cut an irrigation line as one of my zones no longer works. It happens to be right in the area they trenched. As well as there is a cut piece of tubing now laying on my grass, that was not there prior. How can i address this issue / receive compensation to get this remedied?

I checked the report an issue site, and don't see a damage claim option there but if you ever need to report any lines that need to be address you can visit: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue
To open the damage claim I'll need to gather some information that we don't want in out public conversation. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
