Property Damage

Good Evening. Yesterday my neighbor had a new fiber optic cable installed to their home from a junction box on my property. The contractor routed the cable across my front lawn and underneath the driveway. The grass is now dying in my front lawn. More concerning, there is a crack running through my driveway directly above the cables route.
