Property Damage

I recently had some property damage caused by your contractor while they were burying our internet line. They broke a water pipe cutting off all the water to my house. You all came out and got water returned to my house but I just realized my sprinkler system has not worked since the damage occurred. We found that they had broken the handle on the irrigation system thinking that would stop the water. We tried replacing the handle ourselves but the system is still not working. The system usually runs at night so I didn’t even notice that it wasn’t running until I saw the grass turning brown. The system was working just fine until they broke the pipes.

Thanks for posting, user_9390ft. Would this damage be in addition to the ticket that was previous created?

Yes. Like I said I didn’t even realize that it wasn’t working until I noticed all of the grass turning brown.
