Property Damage

How can I actually get hold of a person about a problem I had today? Xfinity contractors came to my home to bury an internet line today. In the course of doing this they busted a water pipe and flooded half of my yard and let the water just pour out of the broken pipe for HOURS because they didn’t have the right tools to fix what they broke. To make it worse there were 3 men in the job and not one spoke any English so we couldn’t clearly communicate what the problem was and what they were doing to resolve it. They FINALLY got the internet back and I thought the had the water fixed correctly but after they left I found out that I don’t have water to half of my house. This was really a nightmare day and the fact that I could not reach ANYONE to help with the problem made it beyond frustrating. I now still have no water in half my house,  I can not even imagine what my water bill is going to be after hours of not just dumping out and I have no way to contact a person to see what is going to be done to resolve this.
