Property damage

Back in late fall, We had either Comcast or a third-party Company hired by Comcast Lines underground. With starting up at the sprinkler system, this spring I noticed that there is water that comes rising out of the ground In the direct path of where they Tunneled the lines when I turn on the irrigation system. Just wondering who I need to get in contact with to have this fixed

We can certainly get started on a damage claim to repair the sprinkler system if you believe that occurred during the line burial in the fall. In order to do so we will need to access the account. The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
