Property damage
Several weeks ago a truck took out the comcast lines to my building. The technician a while back, attached these lines to my light fixture (not to code). When the lines were pulled out by the truck, the light fixture and conduit were ripped out and left hanging from the building, the cameras wires were torn out and broken and part of my window capping was ripped and pulled out. The police had to come out because the lines were obstructing traffic and public works removed the lines. They said that the lines were improperly installed over an intersection at the lowest point between two polls and were not installed to code. The office said that should contact comcast to pay for repairs. I have filled 2 claims one on 7/6/23 [Edited: "Personal Information"] and 7/10/23 [Edited: "Personal Information"] (pictures included). The technician that rewired the house said he also took pictures and sent them in for me as well. I have yet to hear back from anyone. Do I need to file a civil complaint with the courts to get a response.
Thanks,
Robert M
