Property Damage - Water Main was cut

Hello,
Yesterday your contractors were on my property to bury my cable line.  In the process they cut the water main line to my house.  We are having to call an emergency plumber in as we have no water.  We need to file a claim against Xfinity to pay for the repairs.  Is there a number or form we need to fill out?
