Property damage to the paint on wall
To whom it may concern yesterday May 26 2026, a technician came to my apartment at [Edited: "Personal Information"] and tried to fix my internet issue and while he was working on my internet he pull the clear tape off my cable with and stripped the paint off my living room wall. After I told him he scripted the paint off the wall he had the nerve come back in without knocking to take pictures without asking to take pictures of the paint scripted off the wall. My rights has been violated to the fullest. He also asked me to let him use my key card to come back in,I told him no because we are not allowed to let anyone use our key card. This guy they sent to my house wasn’t professional at all. I didn’t think this guy could do the job he kept going in and out my apartment to try to work in the hall to fix my internet which he never fixed and said he would have someone else will come back out to fix the internet in my apartment.Today May 28th 2026 two Xfinity guys came to my home to fix the internet issue but didn’t seem to fix the paint that was ripped from the wall, they claimed to wait until tomorrow to see if the paint is the same as the wall paint color. It doesn’t look like the paint that’s on the wall to me. I also called Xfinity back after this so called technician said they will be coming back out tomorrow to see if this paint has dried but the paint is dry and they're just lying and trying to get over on their own customers.
