Property damage from xfinity subcontractor

A subcontractor, Netvision, accessed our property to bury a cable in a right of way for a neighbor.   While on our property they broke a landscape light, broke a sprinkler head and left the landscaped area disturbed.   We contacted them and they repaired the sprinkler and both verbally and via email said they were mailing a check for the cost of the light.   However it has been months and I haven’t received the check and they haven’t responded to follow up emails.
