Property damage from fiber installation

Good afternoon, I have quite a bit of damage in my yard following fiber installation in my front yard in Decatur, Illinois. The crews have been working in my neighborhood for several weeks and have left approximately 150 feet of large ruts in my yard, along with large holes/ divets from the equipment being used. Additionally, with the work that was done, the boundary wire for my robot lawnmower has been damaged and now it will not run until the wire is repaired. I have taken photos of the damage and would like to have this resolved as soon as possible. What steps do I need to take to open a claim and get your contractor back out here to get this damage repaired as soon as possible?
