Property Damage due to line digging
We have a 10' utility easement from the road. Comcast trucks showed up today to run new lines (I imagine) and say they're permitted from the city. They then dug huge holes not only in the swale but also in the front yard, rupturing irrigation lines etc. They're digging beyond the utility easement. I want to open a property damage claim. How do I go about doing this?
