Property Damage Claim

We had our lawn professionally graded and seeded just two weeks ago. This was an extensive and expensive process. Yesterday, Comcast showed up to bury their line and drove over our freshly watered seedlings that we have been meticulously caring for for weeks and JUST started coming up days ago and tore it up and ruined the grading, leaving deep tracks across our entire large lawn. There were so many other paths they could have taken to get to the line. It damaged our sod and completely ruined the grading and young seedlings in our backyard. I would like to open a property damage claim and will also be contacting the Indiana Utility Regulatory Committee. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated by this. One of many photos is below but it doesn't even do it justice. There isn't an area of our lawn that doesn't have damage - front, both sides, and back, both sides, are damaged.
