Property damage claim

I am the owner of home in Westminster, CO where  one of your service crews damaged the underground power line that connects to my house when burying a cable. Causing fluctuating voltage throughout my house. After Xcel repaired the clipped neutral line my refrigerator, whole house humidifier, and rooftop evaporative cooler no longer function. I need the direct contact information of a Comcast representative to get a property damage claim submitted.
