Property damage claim
What do I need to do to get somewhere with a property damage claim. I had a defective cable box damage three of my hdmi inputs on my home reciever. I was given a replacement cable box and told I'd be contacted by Comcast in regards to having my equipment repaired or replaced by a comcast employee on then phone (which was recorded) and by a employee at the comcast store when I brought the defected box back. More then six months later I'm notified that there was never a damage claim opened, and a new claim was opened at that time (ECM0001095359). I was told I'd be contacted via phone within 48 hours it's been weeks and I still have not been contacted. I've spent hours on the phone over this situation it's been almost a year now and my reciever is still not repaired or replaced.
