Property Damage Claim

How can I submit a damage claim to personal property? I call any number I can find and it sends me to some customer service support nonsense who (multiple people, multiple times) Bold Face Lie to me.  I get a support ticket written and am told I'll hear back within the week, never to hear.  I call back to support and they say the ticket was closed because they couldn't reach me.????????? I have been doing everything with my phone (which number has been checked as my contact) in my reach and have never once received a call from comcast.  So I try again, they create a new ticket number, reasurring me that they know (and the last representative didn't know) that I WILL be receiving a call within a few days up to a week. NEVER to hear from them. Nor will they advance me to a supervisor, they all think/lie that they WILL solve my issuse.

So How do I get in contact with damage claims?  

My installation wasn't done correctly, it was not grounded.  When the power lines fell due to high winds and crossed paths with the comcast lines it sent high voltage through the cable, not to the ground rod at my house ( because it wasn't grounded correctly) but into my house which literaly blew up my modem, router, and entire PC.  I was lucky it didn't cause a fire. 

So again How do I get in contact with claims department?  I do not want to talk with someone that is going to lie to my face and expect me to believe them.
