I am in the same position.  Comcast installed a new pedestal in my back yard and dug up the old one and just threw the dirt on my landscaping rocks.  They didn't even bother to use a tarp.  They also dug a hole in  my yard and just left.  I have opened ECM0000492720 as well as went to a link provided to send pictures and NO ONE ever calls ore acknowledges the damage.  I can file claims forever which will do no good as Comcast never does anything about it.  Your Company is worthless.
