Property damage claim
Several items were damaged as a result of a power surge that came through our home from a temporary cable Comcast put down when a contractor dug up and cut our cable main. Our cable to the house was not grounded by Comcast and as a result the surge damaged 2 TV's ,2 roku's,our garage door openers, a circuit breaker, our modem, the control box to our furnace and AC unit.

I love how Xfinity cannot own up to their mistake! Not only did you cost me a few thousand dollars in damaged items, but you won't accept the responsibility that is yours! Also at the time of the incident we had to wait a long time for a technician to come out to fix the issue!! I have been with you for a long time and I see how you treat long time customers. I have provided you with photos documenting my ungrounded service but you just close the ticket and say too bad for me because it is now fixed?? Unacceptable
