Property Damage Claim

I need to speak with someone regarding a property damage claim. Comcast machinery used to bury a new cable line crushed a sprinkler box and pipe, causing damage to the sprinkler system that needed replacement. I have invoice as well as photographs documenting. Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
 
In the meantime, please do not send a PM to an Official Employee unless requested because it is against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Comcast was replacing cable lines and damaged the electrical line to my irrigation pump. Who do I contact to have this repaired?

I have been trying to get Xfinity to repair lawn damage from a trenching machine in April. I have called 2 dozen times, used the useless online chat assistant weekly. nothing is happening and i am about done with this. i paid out of pocket for the repairs and was told in May i would be reimbursed in full. HAHA. I fell for it.
