Property Damage Claim – TV Failure During Xfinity Network Work

I need assistance opening a property damage claim. Our previously functioning TV suddenly stopped working properly during documented Xfinity network issues while technicians were actively working on the underground Xfinity equipment directly in front of our home. I have timestamped Ring footage, Xfinity service notifications, and photos/videos documenting the TV failure. Please let me know how to proceed with opening a claim.
