Property Damage Claim - [Edit]

Xfinity came to upgrade the cable line in our front yard and cut our sprinkler system, buried it, and left without notifying us. I filed a damage claim, but it was closed without any explanation. I was upset by the claim being closed without explanation, so I visited an Xfinity store in person, where a new claim was opened ([Edit: Personal Information]). I was told the issue would be resolved within 10 business days. However, there has been no follow‑up call or resolution to date.

This has been an extremely poor customer service experience. We have been without a functioning sprinkler system for over a month, and it is baffling that a company could cause this kind of damage and fail to provide any resolution.
