Property Damage Claim – Downed Xfinity Cable.

On November 6, an overhead Xfinity cable was hanging into the roadway before being struck by a passing vehicle. The impact snapped the cable and damaged the fascia and hardwired exterior floodlight on my home. Our internet service is also out.

I have a technician scheduled for November 9, but I need to open a formal property damage claim and have the damage documented before repairs begin.

Could an Xfinity representative please assist me with opening a claim and provide instructions for submitting photographs and supporting documentation privately?

user_9jwsu3 Thanks for reaching out to us here for assistance with you damage claim request. Sorry to hear about the damage, and I hope no one was hurt at any point when this happened. I would be happy to help with putting in the claim for you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
