Property Damage Claim After Technician Visit on October 14, 2025
Hello,
On October 14, 2025, an Xfinity technician visited my property for a service appointment.
During the work, the cable was buried improperly, which caused damage to my lawn and soil.
I already have an estimate for repair costs and photos of the affected area.
I would like to open a property damage claim and receive reimbursement for restoration expenses.
