Property Damage Caused by Comcast During Cable Work

My sump pump discharge line was damaged during Comcast’s cable work on my property. This damage has been confirmed by a licensed contractor, Armando’s Landscape Services Inc., after reviewing video footage and his inspection.

I need to open a formal damage claim with Comcast for reimbursement. I have photo/video proof and the contractor's written confirmation.

Please advise on how to proceed or connect me with the damage claims department directly. I am also sending a DM to Xfinity Support with my contact details.

I would be happy to look into any updates for any issues you are having. Can I get your full name, and full service address given we haven't spoken in a while please?
