PROPERTY DAMAGE BY XFINITY

I have an easement from xfinity on the front of my property. About a month and a half ago, contracts showed up unannounced and destroyed my front lawn, left hazardous ground level boxes opened that are still not safely secured and even left cables everywhere after work that I had to personally pick up so that my 80 year old grandmother doesnt trip. The lawn remains destroyed and i got fined 1000$ by the association because XFINITY as refused to do their responsibilty of coming to fix my destroyed lawn and the ground box that remains open and a trip hazard. On top of that, it is nearly impossible to reach anyone that will help out with this issue. I need xfinity to reach out to me otherwise I will be reporting this with documentantion to the BBB.
