Property Damage and No Help

Xfinity has a big junction box (cable tv dog house) installed on the side of my property. They had to replace it but the new box was bigger. They removed a substantial root from a tree and the tree fell only a couple of weeks later. The box is lifted out of the ground and the tree is in my driveway. I reported it and they've already closed my ticket. A landscaper quoted me $650 to clean it up. How do I get someone to help me?

@user_pmznhp We can certainly check any previous tickets to make sure the proper one was submitted. In these cases if you are looking for reimbursement we will want to open a damage claim. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
