@XfinityJeffB​  my internet went out on 3/4/2026 I work from home, to not get penalized I need proof of that outage

Got it. Thank you for that clarifying user_wemunc. Did you try getting the information from the Xfinity App? Loss of service info is available there at any time.

Ok, I will work to get that info for you. Since we would need it to go directly to you, we will need to get your account info. We want to keep that private, so if you would, send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. 
How to Send Us a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
