user_7jg1fl Typically for something like that you would take screenshots of the downtime in the app. There is technically not a downtime report that is generated for these types of situations.

user_7jg1fl  I am sorry, we don't have a way for you to be able to get proof of the interruptions going back to June. Have you checked in the app? This might be another resource, but I doubt it shows previous interruptions to June https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage.

@XfinityVictor thanks for your response! if not back to June, how about history of outages in Sept and Oct? Where do I find this in my app? The link you shared only shows current, in -progress outages and i need historical, not current data. Thanks in advance!

user_7jg1fl - Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to assist you. As someone who also works from home, I completely understand how important it is to stay connected. I always recommend keeping track of any service issues as they come up—it can really help when troubleshooting or communicating with your employeer. If you're experiencing issues with your Xfinity services, you can quickly check for any known service interruptions in your area using the Xfinity app. Simply sign in, and if there’s an interuptoin affecting your location, you’ll see a notification right away.

You can tap “View interruption details” to find:

A brief description of the issue and what to expect
The type and cause of the interruption
An estimated time for resolution and the current repair status (if available)

Feel free to share this information with your employer
