Proof of outage

I need to access a list of recent outages in my area over the last month so that I can provide proof of these outages. The information is not in the status center. I have also already chatted with a customer service agent who was unable to find a list of recent outages. How can I see a list of previous outages?

Hello haleymht, thank you for visiting our Forum for help with your service interruption history. There isn't a way for you to access a full list of past interruptions, and I don't have a way to send you a list. However, I can review your account and look for past interruptions. We also have a feature you could enable to be proactively notified via text whenever a known service interruption is active. This Link can guide you through the steps. What time frame were you looking to get details on?

haleymht, I can definitely provide that information in a directe message. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
