Proof of Outage

I am needing a proof of outages for my job as I work remote I keep experiencing on and off outages and it is affecting my work. The links that keep getting provided does not show outage history. I need something that has my address and the dates and times the outage accurd. May someone please help with this?

Hello @user_jp3gup Thanks for coming to our community for help. At this time we do not have a interruption tracker or history set up. The best practice I have is to keep those text messages we send out alerting you of the service issues going on. I also recommend taking a screenshot of the interruption when it happens. My apologies for the inconvenience you're having with your services. I work from home as well and understand the importance of a reliable connection. I would like to take alook and help to resokve your connection concerns. Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you further?
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
