Proof of outage

I need proof of a previous outage for my employer. I continue to be presented with the outage site but it doesn’t show past outages only current and it’s without dates posted.

Hey there, @user_ok0uus! I am sorry to hear about your experience with the service interruptions. At this time, we don't have any way to send detailed reports regarding the service interruptions. I would recommend using a time stamped screenshot from the Xfinity App that details the service interruption or of the map with the timestamped screenshot. The Xfinity App will have details of the service interruption, and the estimated time for it to restore the services.
