Proof of outage

I am needing a proof of outages for my job as I work remote I keep experiencing on and off outages and it is affecting my work.

The helpful link is not helpful.  It does not show any of the outages (plural) that we've experienced since last Tuesday.  It does not show the one from yesterday.  Nor does it show THE ONE WE'RE EXPERIENCING RIGHT NOW!  (Thank goodness for AT&T phone hotspots.)

How can all of us get an actual, accurate list of our outages?
