Promotions for Existing Customers

Hello- I'm an existing customer with a contract that's expiring soon. I would like to continue what I have with my current plan, however, if the price goes up any higher, I'll have to cancel. Can you please help me find an offer to meet or hopefully beat what I'm currently paying? Thanks in advance.

@user_21da14 Our team can definitely look into available promotions to help lower your bill. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I would like to lower my $ 300.00 bill too  !  (16 years customer) .

If you take account information seriously , why do you have a nonexistent email address in my profile  ?  

I shouldn't have to sign in to this forum to check for email messages from other users … I don't need to do it this way for the Apple Support Communities , the responses go to the 

inbox at my current email address .
