Promotions for an existing customer

Hi,

I have been a Comcast customer for many years and recently started looking at ways to reduce the price of my monthly cable/internet subscription. I have begun exploring other providers, but really would prefer to stay with Comcast if possible so I am reaching out to you first.

  

I currently have a “Super Double Play” package which includes “Blast” internet access.

Please let me know if there are any current promotions available which will reduce my monthly cost, but will also be comparable with my existing service tier.

 I also am using Tivos (with a cablecard) so I do not need any cable boxes or DVRs.

 

You can also check my records and see that I have been a good Comcast customer for many years, so I really do appreciate it if you can look into any available promos.
