Promotional Visa Debit Card

When I signed up for your service I received a Visa debit card for $150. I did not realize that the card had such a short time until it expired. I planed to use this card while I was on vacation with my grandchildren. Now that I am going on vacation with my grandchildren I would like to get this card replaced. Can I pick it up directly from you or does it have to be mailed?

Greetings, @user_2a34cc ! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums! I hope you are having an amazing day! I apologize to hear that the visa card has expired. I know how frustrating that can be when you had plans to use it. AT this time, the only way we can get the gift card to you is by mailing it out. We would need to get a ticket open up to get that gift card researched and then sent out again and it can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to get. I would like to get this process started for you. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
