Promotional Mastercard Declining

Received the $180 digital card last month (September) for the Veteran reward benefit. I was able to use the link to activate it, so it does not expire until March.  Added to my Apple Wallet to be able to try in person. Tried using it several ways online as well as in person and got declined. I've checked the prepaid center multiple times that it's still sitting at $180, even created my own pin for the debit card. From all the posts I've seen on this forum, reddit, etc. the customer support phone numbers are automated and not helpful, and I need to post on my own to be able to directly message and talk to someone so here I am! I'd appreciate talking to someone directly about getting this resolved so I can use the card. Thank you

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
