How do I sign up for it? It seems incredibly difficult to get customer service at Xfinity. At least on the website or app.

user_7a6lw0 To sign up for new offers on an exsisting active account you just need to log into the website or app, and click "Manage my plan" under the services tab. That should list all promotions available for signing up for at any given time. Should any errors appear while following promps to sign up, we are happy to assist at any time.
