Promotional Gift Card

Hello,

I am writing to request assistance with a promotional Visa gift card I received as part of a previous offer.

I still have the card, but it has expired. When I initially claimed it, it was added to my apple wallet with only the last 4 digits and no expiration date. It was t until i checked today that i noticed the card had expired 2 day ago. The funds on the card were never used or activated, so the full balance should still be intact. Would it be possible to reissue the card so I can utilize the balance?

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it
