Promotional gift card and price [Edited]

Hi All,

I have been communicating with Xfinity customer care for the last three months to get the promotional card reissued but I have not got a resolution yet.
It has been three months with multiple follow ups and what I get is some scripted text or messages and being tossed to multiple departments.
Also, when I added two mobile connections to my existing internet, I was told by the representative that my promotional price for my internet would be $25.00 for three years, but I see that for the last two months the price has increased.
I have two requests now.
1) Can I have the promotional amount which is still due from Xfinity.
2) Can I get my connections cancelled.
I have connected Xfinity support multiple times but they never give me a ticket number for future reference and I have to start everything fresh. This is far more the WORST customer service I have ever faced dealing with so many service providers. 
Even the escalation manager hides behind curtains. Sad affair.
Please disconnect my service by the next billing period. I will take my business somewhere where customers are appreciated.

The concern is not "Xfinity Compliments" related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
