promotional discount

I signed up for a no contract internet only plan when I added xfinity to my home in 2023. I made sure it was not promotional and was a flat rate. On my newest bill, there is language saying I had been receiving a 24 month promotional discount and a portion will end on 7/31/2025 and the remainder will end on 7/31/2026. As this was not a promotional plan, I would like this language removed and my rate to be reset back to what I signed up for. We will have access to local fiber internet at my address shortly and I plan to switch unless a more competitive rate is offered by xfinity.

Hello, @user_djvuzz Many of our customers have a discount promotion that is non-contract for 12 to 24 months.To review if you have a contract with Comcast, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Xfinity account.
  2. Click on the Account icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select Account and Identity.
  4. Scroll down to LEGAL AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACTS and choose Legal agreements.

This will display a list of your legal documents, including your contract. For further assistance, you can visit the Online Support Center or use the Xfinity app for real-time support.
