I never received my promotional 200$ gift card for Amazon included with my package for starting my service

Regarding the Amazon Gift Card, I would like to pull up your account to verify this offer for you. Please send us a Direct Message to check on this. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message

 

Please note, to qualify for gift cards, you must maintain the services required for the offer for 90 days and keep your account in good standing. Any qualifying prepaid card will be sent within 16 to 18 weeks of service installation. Also, you can always check the Xfinity Incentive Tracker to stay updated on the status of your Gift Card.

Same here.  We were offered this same promotional deal back in February 2025 when we signed up for Xfinity Internet. Our service was activated on 2/21/2025 with a 1000 Mbps plan. I have chat transcripts from that time, where the agent clearly outlined the following promotion:

 

Amazon eGift Card: Offer ends 3/21/2025. New Xfinity internet customers only. Requires activation of 500 Mbps or above internet plan. Actual value of Amazon.com eGift Card varies by plan: $100 value with purchase of 500 Mbps or 800 Mbps; $200 value with purchase of 1000 Mbps or above. Must maintain new service with account in good standing for 90 days following service activation.  eGift card will be sent to your email address associated with your Comcast account within 14 weeks of service activation. Limit one Amazon.com eGift Card per customer/account. Not valid with prior activations, purchases, returns or exchanges. May not be combinable with some other offers.

 

Since early June, I’ve been following up repeatedly regarding this promotion. Today, on 7/6/2025 at 2:34 PM, I spoke with a representative named Asrya, who informed me that Xfinity does not offer this promotion. I explained that back in February, the agent Manissh had clearly confirmed our eligibility. She apologized and said we were given misinformation. I responded that it wasn’t just misinformation—it was, in my view, outright fraud.

Our account has been active for more than 90 days and is in good standing and have not received the promotional offer as promised. 

I submitted a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter.

Also, make sure you're checking the comcast email associated with your account.
