I guess after I was promised the promotion plan and showing xfinity the notes that I was promised, they still didn't stand by what they promise, will be looking for another service provider, and I suggest whoever looking for any kind of service, don't get xfinity, they lie and are not honest with their customers

I wonder how many other xfinity customers was done wrong by xfinity, if someone was done wrong by xfinity reply back so other know not to get xfinity, 100% do not get xfinity
