Promotion reimbursement


I need assistance with a promotion card I received. I was told that I would be able to redeem the card for cash, as I have been dealing with issues regarding transferring lines from Verizon to Xfinity and being mislead about the buy-out policy. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible to rectify this issue, as I have tried calling the promotion department, and have spoken to multiple representatives yesterday and still no solution to my ongoing problem.

@user_6ypt1w I am sorry to hear you are having issues using your promotional card at Verizon. To confirm did you get the correct amount for the buy-out?

Not yet, I was promised 2 more cards. One in September, and one more in October.
