@user_0c6679 Hello! Thanks for the post. With the incentive tracker, what status is showing? Once the terms and conditions are met, it can take 3-4 weeks for the rewards to be mailed out.

I see the image now! Thanks for that. Offers with Visa Prepaid card incentives generally follow these eligibility requirements:

  • The customer must subscribe to a qualifying plan.
  • Services must be installed within 30 days of the order date.
  • The customer must maintain the minimum required level of service from the eligible offer (no downgrades or disconnects) for 90 days from when the service was installed.
  • The customer must be in good standing at 90 days.
  • Once all eligibility requirements are met, the Visa Prepaid card will be mailed by USPS to the customer's billing address.

Everything look good there? FYI: To be safe, please do not share your account information via this thread. If we need to go down that lane, we'll continue over a private platform.

I no longer work for Comcast.

@user_0c6679

You should be coming off your probation period and you should be getting those cards within the next few weeks.  If you don't,  you should start a new thread about it.
