However, since this is a public community forum, we are designed to provide as much assistance in public as we can before getting you into private. That would include the self-service options to help show customers where they can look for promotion options without having to reach out or speak with us if they prefer. If you have already checked out offers and do not see any that fit your needs, let me know.

And a year ago this was the method to be able to start a direct message with someone in Customer Service. If there is a better way now to get in touch with Customer Service, please let me know.

GRBU2 It is still a valid way to reach out for help, but as a default, we would help as much as we can in public as much as possible. With that, if you would like help in private, if there are no offers you liked after reviewing the link I provided, let me know, and we can move to that next step.

Okay thank you. My promotion end date is a few weeks out farther than I thought so I’m going to wait a bit longer.
