Promo code MC50 offer

During the online purchase process of my new Xfinity internet service there was a pop up screen offer for a $50 card if I purchased that day. I did. But there was no place to enter the code. I was told over the phone that they would make a note concerning this on my account. I also spoke again today with Xfinity about it but nobody seems to have heard of MC50 although many users in this forum have had the same problem as I’m having.

Yes it was a virtual card. I was hoping to apply it to my bill.

@XfinityMarcus​  I have the same problem regarding MC50 for an order for 1 gig service (5 years, $50) I placed yesterday.  Phone support was confused and had no answers.  I have a photo of the popup screen.  Offered prepaid virtual $50 MasterCard.  Yesterday I couldn't find where the code belonged but today I now see it's part of the check out process.  Can you manually input it for me?  I can provide my new account and order numbers.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
