Promo code lost

Hi, I tried to purchase 2 samsung galaxy6 watches using my rewards promo code last weekend.   Unfortunately they sent the verification to an email that is not mine so I never recieved it to approve the order.  Now they say the order was canceled because of this and I lost my one time promo code.  This was not my fault and I'm trying to speak with customer service to get a new promo code because of this email error mishap.
