Promised help from Comcast Ted's on 9-11 never materialized!

I would like to think that I am not expecting too much for Comcast customer service to live up to its promise.

After 3 more follow up emails, no one has delivered the promised help to renew my contract without a large price increase. It's now 10 days later. And Comcast is charging me today at the much higher rate!

Please rectify this severe over sight.
