Promised $100 gift card not issues

I have been trying to get a response from Xfinity for weeks regarding a $100 gift card i was supposed to receive with new service. I did not get it and now no one from customer service will respond. very typical of them. only care about signing new customers up, not servicing them after. I'm ready to go back to fidium. i didn't have those problems with them!!!!

I completely understand why you feel this way; customer service levels we provided after signing up is just as important as it is when you sign-up, and we clearly missed the mark here. I would appreciate the chance to look into your promotional status and see what is happening with that credit. To send a "Direct Message":

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
